The wooden Apple Box is one of the most useful pieces of equipment you will find on set.
They are the ultimate all-rounders used for leveling dolly tracks, giving little people a boost, as a quick stool, as a workbench, as an assembly platform, etc. They are made from 9-ply Baltic Birch plywood with a natural finish.
There are four standard sizes:
The Full Apple Box: 50.8x30.5x20.3cm
The Half Apple Box: 50.8x30.5x10.16cm (Two halves make a Full Apple Box)
The Quater Apple Box: 50.8x30.5x5.08cm (Four Quaters make a Full Apple Box)
The Pancake Apple Box: 50.8x30.5x2.54cm (Eight pancakes make a full apple box)
This set includes 1 of each size: Full, Half, Quater and Pancake. Each box has rounded edges and ergonomic hand and finger grips for easy handling. The three larger boxes are equipped with internal supports that provide additional strength and shape stability.
