1. General

All services provided to the customer by the online shop Dedotec Schweiz GmbH (hereinafter "Dedotec") are exclusively based on the following General Terms and Conditions. Deviating provisions shall only apply if agreed upon in writing between Dedotec and the customer.

2.Conclusion of contract

2.1 Dedotec’s online offers represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods in the online shop.

2.2 By ordering the desired goods online, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

3. Delivery times

All items will be shipped immediately if available from stock. 
- Delivery is only within Switzerland. 
- Delivery time within Switzerland is usually 1-5 working days. 
- Some items have a longer delivery time.

If an item is not available at short notice, we will inform you by email about the expected delivery time, provided we have your address.

In the event of delays in delivery, such as those caused by force majeure, traffic disruptions, government orders, or other events for which we are not responsible, no claim for damages can be made against us. 
It's possible that a product marked as in stock is actually out of stock. You will be notified of the longer delivery time.

4. Packaging and shipping costs

For delivery within Switzerland and packaging costs, we charge a flat rate of 12.00 CHF.

Express deliveries can be arranged upon request and subject to payment of the additional costs incurred.

Delivery is free for orders over CHF 100.

5. Payment

All prices quoted are final prices, including statutory VAT of 8.1%. (The seller reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of cost increases, exchange rate changes, changes in freight duties, and other charges occurring after the conclusion of the contract.)

Payment for delivery within Switzerland is by:

- Credit card 
- TWINT

The delivered goods remain the property of Dedotec until full payment is received. If the agreed payment deadlines are exceeded, we will be required to charge reminder and processing fees.

6. Right of return

There is no general right to exchange or return.

7. Cancellation and termination of contract

Orders placed through the Dedotec online shop are binding, and the customer is obligated to accept the product. Subsequent changes and cancellations are possible but are at Dedotec's discretion. Additional costs may apply. In the event of an order cancellation, Dedotec will refund any payments already made.

8. Warranty

If transport damage is discovered on the goods, the recipient must immediately report the damage to the freight forwarder (shipping service). Any other visible transport damage must be reported to us in writing within five days of receipt of the goods at the latest. We are not liable for defects resulting from improper handling, normal wear and tear, or external influences. If the goods are repaired by the recipient themselves or by third parties without our written consent, the warranty claim against us will expire.

9. Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise stated, all further claims by the customer, regardless of legal basis, are excluded. Accordingly, Dedotec assumes no liability for damages not directly caused by the product; in particular, lost profits or other financial losses of the customer are not covered by Dedotec's liability. Dedotec's limitation of liability also extends to the personal liability of its employees, agents, and auxiliary persons, insofar as contractual liability is excluded or limited.

This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence, nor to personal injuries. Likewise, it does not apply to the assertion of claims based on statutory provisions. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

In the event of subsequent performance by replacement delivery, the customer is obliged to return the originally delivered product within 10 days at Dedotec's expense.

The return of the defective product must be made in accordance with legal regulations. Dedotec reserves the right to claim damages under legally stipulated conditions.

The limitation period for claims is two years, starting from the date of delivery.

10. Data protection

The data you provide will be used exclusively to process your orders. We treat all your information with the strictest confidence. We will only share data with third parties (e.g., shipping services) if this is necessary for order processing. Order data is transmitted encrypted and securely; however, we assume no liability for data security during such transmission over the Internet (e.g., due to technical errors on the part of the provider) or for possible criminal access to files on our website by third parties. Access data for the customer login, which is transmitted to the customer at their request, must be treated with the strictest confidence, as we assume no responsibility for the use and application of this data.

Dedotec Schweiz GmbH uses cookies and many other cookies for various purposes (advertising, Facebook, Instagram, access analysis). In doing so, information about usage is sometimes shared. By visiting our website, you agree to this.

11. Copyright

All third-party logos, images, and graphics displayed are the property of the respective companies and are subject to the copyright of their respective licensors. All photos, logos, texts, reports, scripts, and programming routines displayed on these pages, which are our own developments or have been prepared by us, may not be copied or used in any other way without our consent. All rights reserved.

12. Miscellaneous

We have no influence over whether items are discontinued by our suppliers and are therefore no longer available, or if their type and design have been changed. Should the supplier offer us a replacement item, we will notify you. Claims for damages due to items no longer being available cannot be asserted against us. We reserve the right to change the prices of individual items.

13. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you accept Dedotec's General Terms and Conditions. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Verbal agreements require written confirmation. Unless otherwise stipulated by law, the place of performance and jurisdiction is 5620 Bremgarten AG.

14. Service and Warranty

Since Dedotec does not manufacture the products it sells itself, it has no influence on the functionality of the products or the manufacturers' warranties. The respective manufacturer's warranty terms apply.
