The PavoTube T8-7X is an RGBWW LED pixel tube from Nanlite. The tubes feature the same customizable animated pixel effects as the PavoTube II X series. The tube is one meter long, weighs only 280g, has a very compact housing (diameter 3.81cm) and has a built-in battery, making this LED tube ideal for video productions and photo shoots. The T8-7X was developed for creative purposes, from light painting photography to use as an in-frame light for video productions.
This lightweight, easy-to-use tube can be handheld or mounted in a variety of ways using the integrated 1/4"-20 thread. Integrated Bluetooth enables completely wireless control through the free NANLINK app.
Play with colors using the advanced pixel functions. The PavoTube T8-7X has 16 pixel elements that are fully controllable. 15 pre-programmed special effects (Hue Loop, CCT Loop, INT Loop, CCT Flash, HUE Flash, CCT Pulse, Hue Pulse, Storm, Police Car, TV, Paparazzi, Candle/Fire, Disco, Lightbulb, Fireworks, Explosion and Welding) and an additional 10 pixel effects (Hue Loop, CCT Loop, INT Loop, Multi-color, Gradient, Scrolling, Marching, Flame, Rainbow, Driving) allow you to create cinematic scenes. These effects have many different settings to refine them and achieve perfect results.
With a variable color temperature range of 2700K to 7500K, a CRI of 96 and TLCI of 97, dimming from 0-100%, RGB full spectrum (0-360), G/M: -100/+100 and saturation: 000-100, this light exceeds the requirements of many video makers or photographers. The tubes are incredibly versatile and will take your creativity to a new level.
Always stay up to date, you can load the latest firmware via the USB-C port. The T8-7X has 3 analog control buttons for easy operation. But the comprehensive control options also offer flexible operating options, including 2.4G wireless control, Bluetooth and DMX/RDM control. You can customize and save presets in the NANLINK app, and you also get much deeper control by using the app.
The T8-7X is up to 50% thinner than comparable LED tubes. With the integrated handle and a 1/4"-20 thread, you can attach the T8-7X to a tripod, other devices or to a separately available floor stand. Various accessories are available from Nanlite. The ends of the lamp are angled so that the tube does not roll away.
The built-in lithium-ion battery lasts about one hour at 100% brightness and 3.5 hours at 20%. An external battery can be used via the USB-C port.
