This special softbox was developed for the Dyno 650C by Nanlux. The softbox can be mounted directly and quickly to the light using the snap hooks. This gives a beam of light of 300 degrees or more. This can be limited with the included blackout fabrics so that the light only comes out downwards.
The resulting cylinder is ideal for gently boosting ambient light to reduce the seemingly harsh contrast of kicker or other accent lights in the scene. It helps with this as it also opens up the shadows to reveal details.
The material is resistant to high temperatures and has a highly effective reflection. The simple design allows the softbox to be folded flat, making it very light and easy to transport. The dimensions are 860x1000mm and the weight is 1.4kg.
