The Advanced Kit for the Canon C80 lets you unlock the full potential of your C80. It provides protection for the camera body and includes accessories that expand the functionality of the C80 in a video production or photo environment.
The modular design with its versatile components allows for customization to your needs. The cage features multiple contact points to prevent slipping. The cage offers the following mounting options: cold shoe mount, NATO rail, wrist strap mount, and 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, both with mounting points.
A unique feature of this cage is the side panel, which features integrated button extensions for the camera body, providing tactile feedback and easy access. The opposite side panel features threaded holes for quick vertical configuration.
The Top Plate allows unhindered access to the original attachment of the C80 Top Handle, making it the ideal solution for users who wish to retain the original handle.
The Xeno Side Handle, which attaches to a NATO rail, is also included and offers additional comfort when operating and handling the camera. The handle is made of non-slip silicone for improved stability and features a cold shoe mount and a 1/4"-20 thread with attachment points for additional accessories. The height can also be adjusted to achieve the perfect working position.
The kit also includes a 15 mm LWS baseplate, allowing the user to mount various rod-based accessories, such as follow focus systems or matte boxes. The baseplate is compatible with Tilta standard dovetails and can accommodate a variety of quick-release plates with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads on the bottom.
