The next generation of matte boxes is here; the Tilta Mirage Pro.
Crafted with great attention to detail, the Mirage Pro is a clamp-on matte box designed for various lens sizes.
This kit comes with a mount for lenses with an outer diameter of 114 mm. Additional adapters are available as accessories.
The Mirage Pro can be equipped with pole adapters (15 mm or 19 mm). A swing-away adapter is also available as an option for easy lens changes.
The Mirage Pro features traditional filter trays compatible with 4×5.6 filters, allowing for easy handling and the desired visual aesthetic.
With the included top flag and the optional bottom and side flags, the Mirage Pro is able to block flares even in the most difficult lighting conditions.
The housing features a unique magnetic clip-on design that allows the front hood to be easily removed to reduce the weight of the matte box while keeping all three filters in place. The reduced weight makes this a valuable option when used with a gimbal or other weight-sensitive support system.
