Freefly Systems MōVI XL to Mitchell Adapter

The Mōvi XL features a 6-bolt pattern that allows the user to attach the gimbal to a variety of devices. The Mōvi XL to Mitchell adapter adapts the 6-bolt pattern to a standard Mitchell mount. This can be used with or without the Mōvi XL quick release. Freefly sets up their gimbals to use the Quick Release system as it allows for a much faster change than a bolted or Mitchell mount. When we need to mount something with a Mitchell mount, we simply attach the Mitchell mount to our quick release.
