The Kupo CL Master C Stand is the latest addition to the Kupo C stand series. It features a patented mechanical design that allows for quick setup and a sliding leg for a C line or uneven terrain.
Simply loosen the knob on the longest leg to allow all legs to be swiveled into the correct position in seconds. While the longest leg does the leveling and the spring-loaded locking pin is engaged, the middle leg can stay in the correct position and prevent tipping over in the event of an accident. The C-Stand with sliding leg provides fast, safe and solid support.
It features a unique base specifically designed with three different leg heights. This allows the user to stack or nest the stand bases so that the risers are only a few inches apart, allowing for the mounting of lights and other grip equipment in close proximity and easy storage.
The C-Stand is constructed from black powder coated steel and zinc alloy at the base which is five times stronger than aluminum to support the weight of heavy tripod bags and other equipment. The aluminum cast locking sleeves feature a stainless steel heli-coil that protects the risers from damage. The steel baby bolts are welded directly to the top section. The stand leg is equipped with a foot pad that protects both the leg and the floor.
This kit includes a 20""" C-Stand, a 2.5""" Griphead and a 20""" Griparm.
The 20" Griparm consists of a 2.5" Griphead and a 20" long 5/8" (16mm) diameter steel tube with a hex bolt at the end (to hold lighting fixtures in position when placed on the end of the arm).
The 2.5" Griphead consists of a pair of rotating aluminum discs attached to a 5/8" (16mm) socket. The discs have four different sized V-shaped jaws that can accommodate any accessory with a 5/8", 1/2", 3/8" or 1/4" mounting bolt. The 2.5" Griphead features an oversized, ergonomic T-handle and special roller bearings designed for maximum torque.
