To keep weight to a minimum while still achieving maximum strength, all MSE Solid Frames are made from thin-walled 3/8" tubing. The mounting pin is a solid rod.
The 48"x48" frames are made with two "ears" on the bottom to protect the fabric as the frames are slid in and out of the storage boxes, or they can be used as a tie-off point in certain conditions.
The solid frames are powder-coated black to minimize reflections.
