Nanlite Beauty Dish, BM40

The BM40 beauty dish was developed for Bowens mount lights under 600 watts. This reflector produces a soft and even light, making it an ideal key light for portrait photography.

The inside of the beauty dish reflector features a special texture that allows for very even light reflection. The light is reflected from the deflection plate onto the inside, creating a concentrated yet even, soft light. The included diffuser can be attached to soften the light even further. The round opening creates attractive catchlights in portrait photography.

The included honeycomb is easy to assemble and disassemble. This allows for effective control of the beam angle and focus of the light on the subject. The disc-shaped design saves space in the lighting setup, and weighing just 950 g, the beauty dish is ideal for use on the go or in the studio.
