When you first hear about Gaffers Control Wireless DMX, you inevitably ask yourself why it's only available now? What's hidden in this compact hard case is really sensational. DMX control is cable-free and comes with a whole host of features.
With the Gaffers Control, it is possible to use 14 channels. Unlike a DMX console, however, each channel corresponds to an individual light. The control unit has all commercially available lights (such as the Kino Flo Freestyle) stored and can call them up. The necessary setting options (previously individual channels) such as dimming, color temperature, RGB or filter are then available for each light. All settings can therefore be made with full control using the touchscreen or rotary knob.
Not only is the operation much simpler and more mobile, the settings are also more precise. From now on, a green or magenta filter can be defined very precisely via DMX. With a Kino Flo light, the stored color filters can also be called up and checked.
