Get the most out of your Z9 with the Full Camera Cage for the Nikon Z9. It offers protection for the camera body and includes useful accessories to expand the functionality of the Nikon Z9 in a video production environment.
This full camera cage offers many options for mounting various accessories, such as 1/4″-20 threads with different attachment points, multiple cold shoe connectors, NATO rail for the side handle and attachment points for the optional Tilta Dual 15 mm Rod Holder.
The cage features two individual mounting screws that significantly improve the connection between the camera body and the cage. This ensures that accessories mounted over the cage, such as wireless follow focus motors, limit the rotation of the camera front within the cage itself.
The cage's base plate can also be natively connected to DJI Ronin gimbals. Furthermore, the base plate offers several mounting options for various quick-release plates and supports Tilta's 19 mm Studio Baseplate Type I.
The bottom plate of the cage provides full access to the battery compartment and also includes a slot for the included magnetic screwdriver.
The cage features a convenient mounting point for Tilta's Dual 15 mm Rod Holder, which allows you to attach two 15 mm rods to your rig. This is a great and lightweight option for attaching accessories such as follow focus systems or matte boxes.
