The Full Camera Cage for the Canon R3 lets you get the most out of your R3. It provides protection for the camera body and includes accessories that extend the functionality of the Sony Canon R3 in a video production or photo environment.
The cage has various mounting points, including 1/4´´-20 and 3/8″-16 threads with mounting points as well as a cold shoe connection and thread for an included 15 mm tripod mount (not included)
On the bottom of the cage there is a 1/4´´-20 thread for connecting various quick release plates as well as a magnetically attached multi-tool that is perfect for mounting the cage or attaching accessories. The Arca-Swiss base plate allows for quick switching between compatible gimbals such as the RS3 Pro or Arca-based tripods.
Important: This cage uses the DJI standard for ARCA and is not compatible with all receivers. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
The cage attaches to the camera body with a single 1/4´´-20 screw and features two safety clamps on each side to stabilize the camera against the cage and limit rotation.
