This power pass-through kit replaces the original sled of the DJI RS 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4 and RS 4 Pro to expand the power options for cameras and accessories.
Users can remove the original Ronin plate by unlocking the height adjustment lever and pulling the plate out, and then attach this accessory in the same way.
The V-Mount battery plate can then be connected to attach V-Mount batteries under the plate.
The plate features two D-Tap output connectors, a 2-pin Lemo connector and 1 USB-C (45W 20V/2.25A), ideal for powering the camera via dummy battery cables or accessories such as wireless follow focus motors.
The 2-pin Lemo connector can also be used as a power input, allowing users to power the board from an external source via a 2-pin power cable (not included).
This plate improves camera balance and results in overall better gimbal performance through an optimized center of gravity, which is especially beneficial when using longer lenses.
The Manfrotto receiver on the top and the cold shoe connector on the bottom are identical to the original, which means that DJI accessories such as the Manfrotto quick release plate or the Raven Eye Wireless Video Transmitter are still compatible.
